1. Definitions:
'Paintedover' refers to Paintedover.com, Inc, and the websites at http://paintedover.com and
http://fapomatic.com. It excludes its shareholders, owners, administrators and employees. 'Users' refers to the
individuals who upload or have uploaded pictures to Paintedover.
2. Privacy Policy
The following information may be collected about the users:
Email Address
IP Address
Browser Cookie and php session id
Exact time and date when the file was uploaded
URL where picture is posted
Paintedover keeps this information secure. The purpose of this information is for facilitating the
use of the site. Some of this information may be used in an effort to assist law enforcement in
the persuit of illegal content posted to this site. Paintedover is commited to your privacy, and
will not sell, distribute or otherwise provide this information to any non-law enforcement
entities which may request it.
3. Terms of Service
Paintedover reserves the right to remove or replace any files uploaded and assumes no liability
for removed/redirected links or files. The user is assumed to maintain original records and copies
of their files. Paintedover does not warranty that it will maintain copies of your images for more than 1 year. If an image is inactive or not accessed for more
than 1 year, Paintedover may remove the image. In the event that an image is removed in this way, the user may reupload their image.
The following images and files are strictly prohibited from being hosted with Paintedover.
Images or files depicting child pornography or classified as pedofilic.
This includes, but is not limited to, persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or
taking part in sexual activities, whether implied or actual.
Any files which are illegal and/or are in violation of Unites States law pertaining to
digital content.
Uploading any of these types of illegal files will result in the following:
The immediate removal of the files in question.
The immediate termination of the users account.
The immediate banning of the users IP address. Multiple infractions of this rule will result
in a larger scope ban, possibly including entire ISPs.
The appropriate authorities will be contacted. All information pertaining to the user
(including, but not limited to, IP, date and time of upload, websites which the image are posted
to) will be provided to the FBI. We neither tolerate nor allow those types of images to be hosted
on our
servers and will take action from our records to make sure that the abuser(s) will be identified
for arrest and prosecution.

The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances and are deemed abuse.
Pornographic content - Paintedover.com - Pornographic images may not be uploaded to the
Paintedover.com website under any circumstances.
Pornographic content - Fapomatic.com - Fapomatic.com allows images depicting adult
situtaions. However, under no circumstances will pedofilic images be allowed.
Files that infringe on the copyrights of others. This includes, but is not limited to,
copyrighted photographs, as well as files for which the user lacks usage and/or distribution
permission.
Files for which the intended purpose is to harrass an individual or multiple persons.
Files whose intended purpose are for the use or promotion of products or services through
advertisement or profit. This includes, but is not limited to, email spam or banner
advertisements.
Uploading any of the above files will result in the following actions:
Revocation of the users Paintedover account(s) and the banning of their IP address.
Deletion of all images hosted by that user.
Paintedover will not hesitate to ban domains, users or any other identifable object which does not
comply with the Paintedover Terms of Service. If the domain or user which was banned feels that
this was done in error, they may contact Paintedover and explain the situation. Paintedover makes
the final decision as to whether the ban will be lifted. In a severe case of abuse, the bans will
not be lifted.
4. Legal Policy
These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notification. Paintedover makes no
claim of ownership or copyright over the images hosted with Paintedover. Paintedover provides a
hosting service to the general public, the individuals who upload images do so for lawful
purposes. All legal responsibility
for the pictures uploaded are directed to the individual who uploaded the images.
All images uploaded to Paintedover are copyright their respective owner. All other content is
copyright Paintedover. Paintedover is not responsible for the uploaded images, nor any affiliation
with the entities depicted or represented in the uploaded files. Except where express permission
is granted, no part of Paintedover may be reproduced, copied or recreated without written
permission by the shareholders of Paintedover which will be certified by notarization by a Notary
Public.
